    I am writing to inform you directly of the bullshit experience I had over this weekend in regards to this company.
    Being that talking to the customer service center for an hour on Saturday got me no where, I’m making you aware of this situation and that I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
    I placed an order online at kohls.com on Nov. 29th. I received an email confirmation that the order was processed and shipped. After Dec 2nd there was no more communication in regards to my package. When I used the tracking # it just said delay. ( I assumed due to the wildfires in CA.) every day I was checking the tracking #- all I would find is check back in 12-24 hours for an update. Finally on Sat., Dec 9th I called UPS- which they informed me to contact the shipper because they had no information on this package status. So, I got online to chat live with a rep who then informed me my package was lost and I was issued a refund. I did not get a refund and was not contacted by anyone at Kohls of this situation. She provided me a phone # to customer service who I called. The first person I talked to told me the item was returned and I got a refund. Nope! That didn’t happen. I then asked to speak with a supervisor who decided to argue with me about me getting my refund already. He then transferred me to another Dept who was confused as to why I was talking to them, who then transferred me to another rep- mind you I had to tell the whole story each time I was transferred. This rep now was still telling me the refund was issued and I could reorder the product again with the same discounts. By this time I am extremely frustrated. With no refund and no package I am pissed and no one was offering me a solution to the problem. So she got another supervisor on the phone who then told me my refund was processed that day- ironically because I called. Not one email was sent to tell me there were any problems – my refund has not been issued- but supposedly it was processed Saturday- probably because I called and it was done while I was on the phone for an hour trying to understand what the hell is going on. On top of it was told it would take 14 days for my refund to be issued. This was a gift that I ordered- which I now don’t have and am out the money I spent- but all they could tell me is that I could reorder it again! So I’m supposed to pay twice for something I never got in the first place and am supposed to trust that the same thing isn’t going to happen???? What kind of business are you all running? I understand mistakes happen, but the fact of the matter is that I was never informed, I haven’t gotten a refund, and no package! With no solution I finally got off the call. They were of no help- they offered nothing for my unfortunate situation, and refused to right the wrong except telling me to place the order again. I also asked them to stop the refund and just reprocess the order. They said that couldn’t happen either! What the hell??? I think this is piss poor business for being such a large corporation. I think you should have policies in place for situations like this. I have been a customer for years at Kohl’s and never once had the experience that I did on Saturday. I can say I probably won’t ever be shopping there again- or at least not ever online again.
    So, I want to know who is going to right this wrong? I am not against seeking the media with what I feel is a fraudulent act on Kohl’s behave. I got screwed here and no one yesterday did anything about any of it. Especially considering no one could really get the story straight. First the package was lost, then it was just returned- and no one would help me- like this was my fault. If I hadn’t called yesterday- I would still be thinking my package is on the way- the refund would never have even been processed, if that even happened- I won’t know for 14 days. This is beyond unacceptable. Because I don’t trust this company, I had to spend even more money to make sure what I did order is going to get here- so I placed another order for this item with a different company because the bottom line is that all I wanted was this package! But now I have paid twice for it!
    I want Kohl’s to not only give me my money back, but they can now issue me the money spent for having to order with another company because of their mistake! I think that I am owed that! So I don’t care what your supposed policies are when something like this happens- I am owed $263 which is what I had to now spend to get this package! If you all would offer solutions- complaints like this wouldn’t have to happen. That policy only protects Kohl’s- not the customer. I have no other choice but to raise hell and inform the media of such fraudulence because we are the consumer spending our money and yet things like this happen and we are the ones out the money, out the product ordered and not even informed of the error? Scam! That is what this feels like- a huge scam on Kohl’s behalf.

    So, I will be expecting my $263.00 immediately processed and issued back to me-

    If I am not contacted in 24 hours from receiving this email with a satisfactory solution- I will be taking this to the next level!
