    I am a former idea user, due to some issue I stopped using idea services, as the bill amount for that particular month gone up to 6000 and my plan was of 1500, and now when I havent availed any service till then, my bill rose up to 11500, thats y u havent paid the amount yet.
    For this, an executive named as shradha is constantly calling my freinds nd family and torturing them nd speaking curse words such as (aukat) etc and behaving very disrespectful with my parents as well.
    I would urge you to try and sack that disrespectful lady , coz its been a real negative impact for this huge organization, as she represents your company, nd jusy for taking forged money , company is appointing these kind of creepy employees so that people can.be.afraid and give the money.

    I work at mahindra, I am the area manager for whole chhattisgarh region, she doesnt have the audocity to talk like a mannered person and try and figure out who the person is first,I could much above than this random customer care complai , but I would be curiously waiting for ur revert .

    My name is Atul Nehra, my number is 9999111341, I have port this number from vodafone to idea few months back, i am using this number from last 4-5 years. i had some network issues due to which i port it to idea, i m connected with my world through this number, my car has got theft two months back, my phone was in there, i got my phone back now,due to this i did not inserted my idea sim in my phone, last 10 days back i have putted it in my phone now then i found that you guys have deactivated my sim. and I tried everything roaming from one idea store to another. Nobody is listening they are saying go to vodafone store you will get back your number from there. and when i asked vodafone store they are saying they haven’t received any formal request or anything from idea, saying you still have time , idea store can reactivate it, The first time when I went to your idea store in Ghaziabad on 15th September 2017, but your people have nothing to do with your customer satisfaction as i am facing right away. today is the 26th day after my deactivation of sim, day of deactivation of my sim is 30th august 2017, your store has wasted my 10 days left me nothing but to email you about this problem i am facing, i still have 5 days left with me, nobody has contacted me on my alternate number 9999900464. to inform me that you guys are deactivated my number then why you guys take your customer alternate number if you cannot inform anybody and suddenly you just deactivated. vodafone has 56 days period to retain back your no. why don’t you also apply it in your company. i have your idea sim, please reactivate my no. else i have to take legal action against your company services. i am really upset, i buy this number from a retailer which costs me almost 15 k. and i cannot afford to loose this no. in any case, please help me out on this.

    Problem is still occurring. No action is been taking towards my concern. It’s been more than a month to raising the network issue (kindly refer my appended mails). If problem couldn’t rectify by the idea then why idea still assure the customers for better network and services. Besides of this, when I clearly told to the idea officials (who came at my residence for resolving the network issues), if my problems will not sort out then I will not pay for any bill charges. Still my number has been barred by yours. From last two days my number is reaching switch off and facing communication problem because I am associate with the idea network from past 7-8 years.
    Dear idea, please don’t do this with your esteemed customers like me. Finally, I request you to kindly settle my account with security deposit amount. So, I can port/change-over
    my number on another network like Airtel and Reliance.

    I have been completely relieved from Idea, I have been connecting daily to Daily Ideas for 10 days, my idioca has added more than 9 84 rupees to the bill, and my daily idea is being talked about, if she speaks waiver The reqst of pulses will be reduced, and yesterday, in the year toll free 198, they said that the reqst of your 500 rupees was canceled, they got mixed in the cutomer care on the aplletae, they have been reqst removed from the techinacal problem. Your reqst pro I have a call from Idi Sado, I had to be waiver till 30/12/2017 but even if no message was received from the waiver, then what is going on in IDEA will frod such a thing, so big compney and such work, my number has been closed for the last 15 days, I am not depositing the bill so that my wrong bill has come 9 84 rupees, and by talking to me, 500 rupees have spoken for Waver but not yet When I will be I Will collect target, put so much time again to waiver I have to conatct with me switching must first time hearing next bill ready means customer is crazy, if no idea, it is a bad image of the IDEA,

    Worst service by bang-lore team Richmond road

    I had paid my bill of 1560 /- at 1.30 pm on 18-02-2018 and on 19th i paid again 1000 rs and i spoken to the manager bhavya she said your number will be activated in 1 hour , After 1 hour i called customer care again , Then i spoke to supervisor Azhed at 2.30 pm still my number is not activated Mr Azhed said me in 4 hours it will activate , i awaited till 5.30 pm then again i called customer care service one more supervisor attend my call and said it will activate tomorrow Mr Kshatriya new supervisor i was shock because people should understand why we prefer for post paid connection, where our phone should not get disconnected , better to go Vodafone prepaid have good service then idea 100 times better in Vodafone and docomo .

    When i asked i need to talk to your manager the team person said the cant transfer the call ,This incident was happen on 18th and 19th till 5 pm finally after making my number got activated after calling more then 20 times ,

    I have confused how many idea store manager and supervisor are there and not able to solve the issue and more over dint now how to handle the customer and manager is not ready to talk to customer and solve the problem , I was in hold for more then 20 mints in each call final the executive will is manager is busy ,

    Worst service i am using idea connection from 2 years and i have use all network in that idea is one of worst worst connection ,

    After my problem solve i will never ever come back to your network

    I have a using last 9 to 10 year on idea network on this number (9737563612) but in our worst services to and networking issue are more so I can Chang the network idea to Airtel on 2016,But in your to call me call to join again idea network your representative are calling ma so I can Chang may other number in idea ( Tata to idea)(8866360090) in this time I face again same problem I have a recharge R.s 509 on unlimited call and 99sms par day ,and 1.5 GB data in 4g speed in 3 month but your idea will not getting a 2&3g and u will say it’s 4g ,so worst net services I like to tell you that idea is a worst service telecom company.     How to Change Bill Name (Not satisfied with customer care/ My idea show room)

    Dear Sir,

    I the undersigned would like to inform you that i have been out of Gujarat Since 19.12.2017 to 16.02.2018 during that time i have received many message from idea care regarding to link aadhaar number with mobile number. So I have linked my mobile number with my wife’s aadhaar number but due to stringent circumstances its not valid as per our company’s rule to reimbursement.

    I have discussed so many times with customer care representative regarding above subject. Customer care representative suggest me to visit nearest my idea showroom i have visited 4 to 5 times but i am not satisfied with their service they informed me that its not accepted by our system to change Bill name i requested them they suggested me you can port now and after 3 months come back to idea again. I would like to also inform you that i have been using these number for last 6 years so its very difficult to change with other service provider.

    I humble request you to please help me as soon as possible.

    If not possible then directly respond me so i have option whether i have to continue with you or quit with you.

    I the undersigned would like to inform you that at my house location i have not received your 3G, 4G service as you are representing in your advertisement. I would like to tell you that you are absolutely wrong with representing with your advertisement and committment given to your customer now its enough please stop to make customer more foolish.

    I have complained so many times with your customer care, they replied that your complaint registered with us and come back to you as soon as possible after resolution with our network team and complaint closed after 7 days without customer satisfaction.

    I would like to inform you that i have pay you money to getting good service from you if you are unable to delivered good service there will be no meaning to use your service.

    I would like to also inform you that your network has not better at Mumbai also i faced problem at mumbai for many time and registered complaint with customer care but they are failed to responding to me and i am not satisfied with their reply you choose 2G and 3G network and try check you have got good speed with that but why i use 2G and 3G network i pay you for 4G Network so its my right to use 4G network.

    I humble request you if you not resolve this matter as soon as possible i am really too much irritated with your service i have never seen such kind of service provider. Please consider my first and last email to you to satisfied me otherwise i will port to other service provider.

    Sorry,for last 10-12 years using idea prepaid mobile. Everything was going well but 21/03/2018 incident quite misleading?My Internet pack expired midnight 20/03/2018& being away from home couldn’t echarge ontime.Kept mobile on flight mode.On 21/03/2018 had echarge₹398/-internet pack for 84 days 1Gb/day,₹250/-Talktime &₹21/-ISD pack for Nepal&other countries.
    Around Echarges Confirmed opened mobile&Found ₹ 116/- been debited instantly.when contacted,am told charges genuine but how not yet clarified..?Sent email complained to all concerned Nodal Officer/ appellate authority but response waited?
    Yesterday used ISD call to Nepal for 9.31 minutes & been charged ₹114/-whereas it should have been ₹57/-i.e.10paise/second.When contacted customer care am told fair charges 20 paise/second. When contacted local vendors,your chart showing ₹21/-ISD pack valid for 28 days with 10paise/second charges to Nepal.
    My submission/request why so much Loot within last 10 days.Please Provide me fair information.There has to b some Rules/regulations moreover your chart/SMS information being followed than why you have charged as per your Wish/will.

    We are looking for the interested company involved in mobile sales /electronics/ accessories/service centres etc who are looking for the expansion with the exclusive stores and service centres .

    Ground floor + 1st floor + Hoarding space .
    GF will be for the display store area and inter-connected stairs for the 1st floor can be used as the service center or back office or store .

    This is of grave concern on how customers are made to pay extra amounts over and above by making such policies.

    Yesterday evening somehow my SIM card numbered 9850648684 (3G prepaid number being used from past 10 years or more) became faulty and stopped functioning.

    On contacting customer care, i was asked to get SIM replaced.

    Went to Idea Franchise – Krishna Telecom (ulhasnagar) to get the SIM replaced. On reaching, i was informed that Prepaid 3G cards are not being supplied anymore!!!

    Secondly as my card was not linked to Aadhar (Supreme court has already suggested that a non-mandatory activity) so i cannot be issued a replacement in prepaid.

    I was asked to go for postpaid SIM (which i contested, but due to number emergency had to take).

    To make work better i asked for 4G, for which i was charged additional Rs.300 as activation charges! My earlier prepaid account balance was lost, and had to pay additional sum. Again am now forced to pay rental of ~Rs 340 every month (minimal Nirvana plan + GST)

    I want to understand,
    1. why is Idea asking for Aadhar linking when it was declared not mandatory by SC
    2. Why i was not given 3G prepaid connection as replacement SIM, but forced to take postpaid (some vendor was selling new 3G prepaid connections cards outside the gallery)
    3. Why am i being forced to pay rentals
    4. Why after 6 months of postpaid, i would be given option to switch back in prepaid, why not now?

    Is this kind of malpractice and loot going at all levels of idea or is it just this center?
