    have received order id OD109393398812434000 amounting to Rs.7064 but product is missing (no headset only charger) even seal was broken when opened in front of courier boy Sachin throat (9168944443) but he had already confirmed receipt of order so didn’t even return money. I have raised complaint in front of him but what about trust part and suffering in all this follow ups? What is the procedure in such cases? What am I supposed to do as delivery boy was only witness but why didn’t he return money if he had witnessed? Need immediate discussion on action part and what I am supposed to do to avoid follow ups.

    DAY – 1 (26-JULY – 2017)

    I ordered for a 49 inch Panasonic TV on 14th July on flipkart mobile app with Order ID: OD109687772111127000. I got a confirmation that the TV will be delivered on July 21st by OmniTechRetail.

    As I did’nt receive the product, I made a call to flipkart customer care on July 22 nd and it was informed that flipkart will call the retailer and make a confirmation on the product delivery. Flipkart also asked for 2 days time within which they will resolve the issue. But there was no response from Flipkart end.

    Myself sent mails on July 25th to flipkart to update the status for which I received no response. So I called the customer care on July 26th and Mrs.Deepthi picked the phone and asked me to cancel the order and book for a new television. I was shocked with the kind of response from flipart. Really pathetic.

    I made a call once again by 11.15 and someone said they will resolve the issue in next 24 hrs. This is the same dialogue I have been hearing from flipkart for the past 1 week.

    DAY – 2 ( 27- JULY – 2017)

    Flipakart backend team called me at 5:17 pm today and ordered me to cancel the order, or the order will be cancelled automatically. You have rotated my money for 15 days and while i asked them why they didn’t informed on day 2 or day 3, there was no answer .

    I want to know why should i cancel the order, even if i do so, there is an extra 3000 rs to be paid from my end. So why should i cancel and payback ? What about the interest rate for Rs. 50,000/- for about 15 days. Kindly Update.

    i have been supplied 1.5T hitachi ac, manufactured in 2015, in place of carrier 4 star ac without remote control, user’s manual and warranty card in a broken condition by your vendor M/s Razzel Dazzel electronics office at plot no 10 Vigyan Vihar. My several request to replace the indoor broken units are not being entertained and your vendor is buying time on one pretext to other. it is requested either replace the indoor unit or refund the money with compensation. I have no other option left to take the legal recourse.

On every call every staff says we have register your complaint your return request has been approved and we will return your perfume within 24 hours. every one use system template and copy to each other no supervisor available. Please close your company if you can not resolve the guest effort or problem. you guises are not doing your job this king of service is not a customer survive. I have all call records and email, i will show you guise what kind of serves you are provided to your guest. you are just saying on call that to promise fake and cut the call.

    you have approvers the refund of my perfume. i have a proof of that or you have call reecord in your system please go through this and resolved my query.

    Yesterday I got Redmi note 4 that product battery percentage has 35% only . I gives a return request and then. Today(8-9-2017)Redmi note 4 heated and a man coming from jeeves and found it is heated. He said it may be blasted if we charged it.. But after that Flipkart rejected my return order. Jeeves man’s one side convenience me for that this phone has heated but very small quantity but another side said it will definitely blasted if I used it charging time..then phone is charging for 20min and phone gonna heated enough.     Hello flipkart is just making their customer fool they are theif i have ordered an apple watch series 2 (order id-OD110015186977032000) on 21st august 2017 and I received my order on 23 aug 2017. The flipkart paking was good and well sealed but the original watch box was not sealed and when I opened that box it was an empty box it was a shocking moment for me within a minute I sent mail to them regarding this even I called them they told me that within 24-48 hours they will solve my problem and they will give my product back but after 3 days they mailed me that they can’t refund or return my request and even they suspend my flipkart account and now from last 1 month i am harassed by flipkart. Pls guys don’t use flipkart go with Amazon they really provide a good service and they never disappoint their customers Amazon is best in every way. Flipkart I want my money or product back.

    This is really frustrating that no one acknowledging order status and when ask to transfer to supervisor keeping on long hold they disconnect the call intentionally.
    I have ordered multiple products from Flipkart and being a permanent buyer I have not been provided good service.everytime I have to make multiple calls to customer care where no response is given and fake apologize. I need someone from higher department to acknowledge else this mail will go to directly either CEO of Director of Flipkart that will destroy the reputation of Flipkart in the market.its upto you now.

For this product I’ve seen a video in flipkart app which was created by flipkart that I’ll be given a free demo and installation of the product. But the delivery boy refused to provide the demo. Then I called customer care for solving my problem they talked very rudely to me and tried to avoid my problem, I am facing real problem with this product,what can I do now. I must say YOUR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS WORST AMONG ALL OTHER COMPANIES.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had with Flipkart!!! Initially Amazon had started this method of cheating their customers. And now Flipkart joined the cheaters gang too. Amazon has at least got on track and considered my complaints and have made necessary amendments but Flipkart is just horrible. Here is the issue:

    I ordered a television choosing the COD option on checkout. (Order no. OD110285382879824000)
    I got a message stating that the product will be delivered yesterday. Then I got a number on which after calling, the delivery guy sounded pityful and said it was late so he will deliver it today by 11a.m.
    Today at 9:29, I got a message stating it’s out for delivery and immediately after exactly 15mins (at 9:44) I received a message that the delivery failed.
    1stly the delivery was not even attempted. How can it fail? Why did I not get a call from your delivery agent? Why are you’ll unnecessarily delaying my delivery?

    After all this, I called CS and spoke to CS Agent – named “Shanu” who told me that on his system the only update he has is it’s out for delivery. He does not have anything beyond that. Immediately after cutting the call, you send a message saying it will be delivered on 30th. And then I got a call from another Agent who said that the delivery will happen on 30th.

    I even opted that I will go and pick up my product from your hub on my own. But nobody wants to give the hub number or the delivery agents number… At least Amazon helped me with these details and ultimately I was able to collect my product on my own.

    What the hell is happening here??? You think we have no other work but to sit at home and await Flipkart delivery???? If you give a date and make a commitment, keep it! Else don’t give the offers at all!!!
    I faced problems with Amazon so I loved to flipkart. And here I face worse problems. The worst is your CS is not even willing to accept your mistake. At least Amazon had a spine to admit they were wrong.

    Worst of all, I told the agent who called that I want to speak to a higher authority and he put my call on hold for 17mins but no response from the other side.
    Do you really think we are fools???
    I want my order today itself. That’s it!!!

    I want to bring it to your notice that, this product purchased online from M/s. Flipkart, had multiple defects details of which are listed below :
    1. Unreliable reception of incoming calls
    a. The occurrence of this problem is intermittent and unpredictable.
    b. The problem gets resolved if the phone is re-started.
    c. I have video recorded this problem as an evidence and proof of the defect.
    d. I have played this video and explained the same to the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive (from M/s Jeevs) who visited my residence today, for technical support. He has understood and acknowledged the issue.
    e. The visit of the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive has also been audio recoded as an evidence and proof.
    2. Apps cannot be moved to the external SD card memory from the phone memory
    a. This is a well-known common feature available on all Android mobiles. I’ve checked this with Lenovo, Lava, Micromax, Zentab and Cool Pad Android mobiles.
    b. This has also been shown to the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive who visited my residence today, where he has acknowledged the same. I possess the respective audio recording as well.
    c. Since even he was not able to resolve this issue, acknowledging the problem, he has then approved the replacement of the product which is all he can do/recommend.
    d. The visit of the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive has also been audio recoded as an evidence and proof.
    e. I have clearly written this issue on the application form brought by the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive.

    Since this product was defective, I had requested for a refund, details of which can be found from the M/s. Flipkart portal. Additionally I’ve also taken time to call the M/s. Flipkart customer care and explain the issue in detail. I have been told by the M/s. Flipkart customer care executives that, a refund cannot be provided by M/s. Flipkart but the product can be replaced. I have audio recorded these calls as an evidence and proof.

    Unfortunately as an ineffective remedy to the defective product, according to the M/s. Flipkart internal process, a replacement item is getting shipped to me, the details of which can be accessed form the M/s. Flipkart portal.

    Now, please note that, the issue mentioned in SL. 2 here above is a software issue. Since the product being replaced will have the same software, without doubt the issue will not disappear and the product will still remain defective and unacceptable.

    Hence the only solution to the problem is, to go for a replacement mobile phone but of different make and/or model. As an effective & amicable solution to the problem, I suggested :

    I’ve had many telephone calls with M/s. Flipkart customer care have been audio recorded for evidence and proof.

    My last concluding discussion with M/s. Flipkart customer care was with Mr. Pushpendra, the details of the call are as below :
    1. Date : 05-Oct-2017
    2. Time : 06:45 PM (approx.)
    3. Name : Pushpendra (as told by him)
    4. Location : Indore, MP (as told by him)
    5. Interaction ID : IN1710051917127545043

    In the above discussion which has been audio recorded as well, I had I have clearly established the below :
    1. The customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart, has agreed and understood that the product supplied is defective having software issues, as described above.
    2. The customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart, has also agreed that, since it is a software issue, the issue will not get resolved by replacing the product with a same make and model new product.
    3. I have clearly suggested to the customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart, my solution to change the phone where I am willing to pay the additional Rs. 500=00 (approx.), but that has been declined.
    4. Though I have requested the customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart, to escalate the issue to a higher level within M/s. Flipkart to resolve it, he has confirmed that is of no use.
    5. Finally, I have clearly informed and warned the customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart that, I will be disputing the respective Credit Card transaction since, I have been provided a defective product (with the offence of not providing the goods and services as promised), contrary to the specification listed on the M/s. Flipkart website.
    6. When I asked for an Email ID to send this issue details in writing, he has then provided this Email ID, due to which I’m sending you this Email. In my earlier conversations with customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart, they have provided incorrect information that no Email communication was possible.
    7. I have clearly informed and warned the customer service executive representing M/s. Fliplart that, the recording will be used as an evidence and proof for legal purposes.
    8. The call was then terminated by the customer service executive representing M/s. Flipkart.

    Concluding :
    1. I have tried all possible means and ways of communication and negotiation to solve this issue in a fair and amicable manner, having no results yet.
    2. This Email now is a final step from my side to establish in writing that, M/s Flipkart has failed to provide the goods and services as promised on their website and hence as my legal right, in all truth and honesty I decline the transaction which is not entitled for any payment.

    Hello Team,

    I just bought a new mobile phone Lenovo vibe K5 note from FlipCart under some exchange scheme.

    From the day I purchased this mobile phone, it has made my life completely hell because of some following technical faults in your handset and that has been confirmed by technical person too :

    1. Incoming call is not there but outgoing call is working because of some technical malfunctions in SIM slot.
    2. Heating like it would blast if we will keep this mobile phone on charger for more than 60 minutes.
    3. Latency or TAT time is extremely slow although the configuration says it has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM and none of the content is stored in the phone memory so far.

    I have approached the people from Vodafone if it has some connectivity issue but this Vodafone SIM is working properly in other mobile then I approached to Flipcart team with in replacement period of 10 days but they said they do not have the replacement option however we could maximum refund the amount but before that we need to check this handset from technical team and their technical person claims that it has a factory problem and hardware are not correctly installed and that is why this phone has numerous problem and then again I raised the concern to Flipcart team customer care several times but every time customer care said that we will fix up this problem but so far no action has taken yet which is completely unprofessional behavior.

    I am completely annoyed with such bad response from everyone including Flipcart customer care which only has one contact number and it is very difficult to connect with them because of too much call load on this number moreover whosever is there does not qualify to support and fix this concern on priority.

    I am now writing down this mail to you to find out some solution and escalating this concern to the top team of Flipcart if this problem will persist for longer tenure since I have lost so may important calls and huge business because of this mobile phone faults.

    I have purchase one NOTE 4 from Flipkart fist of all it took long time to deliver as i have to move on Business Trip so want to personally pick the delivery but the delivery was made on the same day on which i moved and when in my Home my Wife opened the BOX she found that there were the Hairline scrathes and one long line of damage on the screen and once she opened touch the sreen there were more damages , i was out immediately i complaint trough you app and call back about that .

    Here executive has wrongly mentioned Touch NOT working and because of wrong remark my request got cancelled and before that every time i got mail and message thay before 7th YOU PHONE WILL BE CHANGED and again i called and informed that its delaying and the screen damage can increase further so please sugges then thye told that your request taken and phone will be exchanged same day dont worry about screen damaged .

    Also i have highligted about the Tempered Seal and wrinkle on seal durig so manny communication.

    Today EKART PERSON CAME AND NOT PICKED THE PHONE AND NOT HAND OVER THE REPLACED ONE STATING THAT HE DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT SCREEN fracture so i have to talk to his senior .

    Trust me i have my own precious time and every time i cannot call , discuss and write such a lengthy mail explaining all this and today also again customer care on phone assured to replace that before 18th Oct 2017 .

    Really this is a very poor support by the chanel partner , if FLIPKART is not having any relaibality and customer has to suffer so much then please take this phone from me i also dont want any refund too .

    I will be thinking that i have been cheated by your Channel partner .

    I have written this mail yesterday to flipkart with all cases happened with me and expect my issue will be solved. but now they are saying after doing all this after a lot of promises they are saying they can’t do anything. please read this with patience.

    I have purchased this product from Flipkart that was delivered to me on 9th October at evening by flipkart. after using just few times I noticed that the device is getting heated. I thought it will be okay and will not be right to inform Flipkart so early then I upgraded the phone to the latest version but that didn’t give me the solution. The device was heated up each and every time of just normal usage, but really I was relaxed by thinking that I have purchased this from “Flipkart” and they have easy replace/refund policy and that was noted on the Phone’s description as well as all other products. Then I contact the customer care on 10th October and what they said was really very unexpected, that was they can’t do anything except suggesting me to visit apple service center. But my question was why will I go to an service center when i Purchased this from Flipkart? we all purchased phones and all stuffs here so that we don’t want to face those things, then after communication he told me they can do it but its needed to visit the service center ones. I was not satisfied with the call so I call again and that experience was horrible, the executive named “Salooni”was so rude and dis-mannered she hold me call without knocking me, talking like she don’t care. after that call when I called again back I experience two understanding and well behaved person. one was normal executive and the other one was senior supervisor. Both of them take my refund request as i told them. and the supervisor promised me that the refund will be initiated but that also need the sheet that will be given by the service center. One of the main reason why i was so faded up is there is no apple service center near me. its mostly 300 kms from my place. but thought its okay it will be trouble bit if there is no option then I have to do it. Then I reached their place after a long journey. and 1st they told me its normal then they said its software issue. like really? its normal? My dad have iPhone and also one of my friend who was there with me have iPhone 6 that having less ram and downgraded processor then my device his phone is not headed up. not even 10% of what my device get. by the way, they said it will take 30 minutes to solve the issue but as I said before, “I don’t want repair” why someone will repair a phone of 1day usage ? if its having issue just after delivery then its clear it was defected from the first. The device that have sent to me was defected and why some will will pay for a defected product? but chalo okay I allow them for the restore as they said. They give my device back after 40-45 minutes and after giving me back on just 5 minutes usage and having A.C on the room the device started heating. and when I touched his skin with that phone he agreed phone and telling him about flipkart’s demand of that sheet he agreed to give me the sheet but I don’t know why he mentioned this as software issue and don’t mentioned the heating issue even when I told him before he was started making the sheet. if its issue with software then they worked on this with 30 minutes, and they have told me before that the software issue will be okay after the restore process. but when its not solved why the did’t mentioned this and why the mentioned “resolved” when it still heating that much that I can’t hold this without cover. I really have no idea why they did this. But they axis me that the sheet that have given is enough of what flipkart wants. So I finally have the sheet (attached here).

    oh1 one thing don’t know why after taking the phone from the apple center I’m having some more problems like 1. While phone call some times the sound come so weird. 2. some apps like flipkart is not working properly and if I’m forcing fo run the device is stopped working for few second. same with adding google accounts. I can’t say with confidence that the issue is made by them may its having the issue normally for the defect of the phone.

    so I have done all the process as told by flipkart. I faced a lot of trouble and its like harassment. but at the end of the day I have done this. now I want refund.

    I am leaving this comments because i have frustrated with the service of flipkart (Agra Branch),I have ordered with tracking ID FMPC0245655547 still its not reached to me while i called up them(20/10/2017) they said they can deliver it only by 3 pm only ,but i request them to deliver it by before 1 pm or after 7 pm as its my duty hour , but they denied to deliver it in my requested time and also told me if want to buy, buy otherwise cancel it….And till now i haven’t received my order(22/10/2017), this was going to be last order from my side from flipkart and i will never purchased anything from flipkart.

    I ordered a Redmi note 4 (64Gb + 4Gb) from Flipkart. When I opened the box
    (record video when I open the box) I found the handset & bil missing in it,
    so I put return request to Flipkart for my prodect. When I opened the box,
    I had also made a video of it. After that flipkart customer support team
    wating 15 days to investigation of my prodect. After 15 days Later when I
    called customer care was told that there is a confirmation from Flipkart’s
    cellar and courier service that the right product was delivered to me. But
    the product that came to me, the handset & bil was missing. after that I
    called Flipkart customer support at least 100 times Every time I got a date
    on Flipkart’s behalf I called Customer Care for past 4 months but my
    problem never solved by flipkart. I tagged the video to @flipkartsupport on
    Twitter. Why flipkart cheat his customer??? I need my prodect that’s all

    For Installation the person has come on 24/10/2017, he done installation and he tried to switch on the TV . Its not possible to him. the sensor is not working. by giving the report that tv is not working we forwarded the complaint to tecnical department. technician come on 25/10/2017 he checked the tv . he told me the motherboard is not good. I already applied for replacement on 23/10/2017. I got status that tv will deliver on 28/10/2017.
    i called on 28/10/2017. the person who lift call from flipkart. he tells that the technician given report that problem resolved. please contact LG callcenter for further details.
    The technecian has closed complaint in front of me stateting that the tv is not good.

    They donnot know the value on customer.

    amazon is the best service provider. go for Amazon.

    If we ask to transfer call to senior persons . they put my call for 40 minutes. and they disconnected the call.

    My order number is OD110587049220101000… i gave order for Moto e4 plus 32 GB on 26 Oct and it got delivered on 27 Oct.. i had made payment through Credit card… so after receiving the phone on second day the phone got started heating and the charger as well… then on 5th nov the phone suddenly got switched off and now its not working… when i try to press the switch on button the phone only gets vibrate and doesn’t get on .. the display is not working… i have given the complaint many times and today after raising the issue on Facebook, suddenly one technician who was not at all aware how to check the phone has visited, i asked him why did you not came on Monday as the complaint was raised on 6th so he says he received the complaint today only.

    So as he came he asked me to keep the phone in charging, and then suddenly the phone got switched on , and he just downloaded an application i.e Antutu battery , and he just checked in that app and said the phone is perfectly fine.

    Means are you flip kart people serious just from downloading an application you said the phone is fine, where from Sunday to till date my phone was not working, their was some issue in display just a blink a slight line and nothing else. is this the way you people check the phone, and joke was the technician was not at all ready to write the issue or check anything more, i have given 8000 for this phone and in return nothing only zero service.

    I am completely not satisfied from this type of phone check and flipkart service, i need a replacement for this phone, or else i have to launch a fir for the same. i am also gonna share this complete experience with Facebook Instagram and twitter. i have paid 8000 and this second hand phone u gave me and no replacement also as the phone condition is bad

    I just need and answer will it get replaced or not , and i request please sent some good sensible person
    who can really check the phone ?

    Absolutely aweful service. Why it can never match up to its foreign counterpart. This inspite of connecting to senior officials in their HQ.
    Ordered a LG ‘smart’ Tv wrongly described as ‘smart’ on the site. Got the delivery. Installation guy comes and says it’s not smart it’s semi smart!! He says browsing not available so if this is not what you ordered let them know.
    So I ask for replacement with the full smart model. It was bought in sale so I also further offer paying the difference. The senior guy I reach says send me a mail it will be resolved.
    They then mail me it will be replaced.
    Then they say replaced with new PC of same model!!!!!
    So I don’t accept the replacement piece.

    Now they say cancel it! But are silent on if they will refund or replace or whatever term they may want to use!!!
    All customer care lines are automated, no customer care person comes online to talk!

    Customer service is a hoax for these guys! Want to take this up seriously.

    I am surprised when i called your customer care they don’t have any information about who they delivered the order.

    Our Indian government strictly and compulsory the Adhar card , according to my knowledge if some order delivered then the person identity and name should be taken . By i am unhappy with your service that you don’t have any information of that person who my items delivered .

    I want to know the person who you delivered my items . And i want to know how you can send me invoice without my items.

    I am a regular customer of flipkart since 2014, & they have cheated me 2nd time.

    On 4st January, 2017, I ordered 2 sets of “Redmi 5A (Gold, 32 GB)” (Two different orders) from my flipkart account. Payment was successful and order was placed. I got confirmation message and email stating that my order will be delivered between 6th Jan to 7th Jan.

    After this when I checked my order in my account, I was surprised to see that the order status is cancelled reason are as bellow.

    “ You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order with OD111190268616615000 & OD111190283590711000 “

    If seller has to meet this criteria, why was I even allowed to place the order in first place. Also, this condition is no where mentioned in flipkart site or in seller/product profile.

    In this regards I have discussed with customer care executive Mr. Vikas Saras & Mr. Aman Jain, they told me to that I am the final authority and we have right to cancel your order for placing bulk order.

    I have requested them to confirm one order only. But they have refused to do so. After long discussion of two hours, they have not provided me e-mail ids or contact number of senior authorities & disconnected call from their side without any confirmation form my side.

    Is the ordering of 2 mobile is bulk order?? You can understand how this cheap behavior is.

    Now I planning to lodge complaint on “consumer court”, I wana to teach them, Indian consumers are not fool.

    I ordered samsung on max from flipkart. I received phone ln 10th feb 2018. Ringer of the phone is not working. I called & complaint to flipkart for a replacement. Agent on the call agreed & said will send another replacement by tuesday 13th feb2018. Today, I received an call from flipkart stating they will send a technican before replacement which I didnt like about flipkart. I called customer care & ask for refund. Lady on the phone inform me that flipkart dont have any refund policy.

    I was shocked & insist her as I need my phones its really very important. She refuse to transfer to manager or any futher help. I hang up the call with a big disappointed.

    I will highlight in social media & newspapers how flipkart has started doing fraud business so pople start boycotting flipkart.

No one came till yesterday so I called today now your executive is saying the policy is expired, I have raise a complain before ten days. You guys only told me to wait till 17-19Feb as the guy will coming for replacement, how come its my fault if ur people don’t came to pick the product.     This note is regarding the scope of your company Flip cart in our area Ladakh.

    As I have seen that there are many people here who had ordered and due to lack of proper delivery system in this area from your company side the products were getting to the customers very late or sometimes even didn’t reach to them. I am seeing the scope of your company in this area because in proper leh town alone there are around 60,000 to 70,000 people are living (this is including army and tourist). If we exclude army and tourest then the population is around 30000 of locals. Around 20,000 tourest are there for only around 6 months.

    Due to the connection of 4 G network by the Airtel company in Ladakh few months scope of Flip cart has even more.
    Amazon had setup an office here in Leh and working its delevary process for few months.

    Your company can approach me to start this delevary process in Ladakh. I am graduate fellow from Delhi University. Now I am working in a power loom factory as a sells manager.
